We offer flat-rate express shipping Australia-wide.
For orders over $165 shipping is FREE! For orders under $165 express shipping is $20*
No hidden surprises at checkout.
* Excludes shipping to Christmas Island which is $60 if the order is under $165.
Why did I receive two separate parcels?
We operate from two locations:
- Selected products ship directly from our trusted wholesaler
- Some items ship from our clinic
If your order contains products from both locations, you may receive two separate express packages.
There is no additional shipping charge for this, it simply ensures you receive your items as efficiently as possible.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Express shipping times vary depending on your location within Australia, but most metro areas receive parcels within 1–3 business days after dispatch.
Rural and remote areas may take slightly longer.
You will receive tracking details as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship Australia-wide only.
